Travel on the Mass Turnpike, I-90 East past the toll junction with Rt. 128 to the next set of toll booths. At the second toll booths, the left hand lanes exit to Brighton/Cambridge (Exit #18).

Take Exit 18 and bear to the right following signs to Cambridge/Somerville. At the bottom of the exit ramp, stay to the right and take the first right on to Storrow Drive . (Do NOT cross the bridge over the Charles River)

Follow Storrow Drive to the Government Center/Kendall Sq. exit. Move to the right while exiting. Then proceed through the traffic light bearing to the right of the CVS Pharmacy. You are now on Charles Street . The Charles Street Inn is located at 94 Charles Street; two blocks down, on the right, between Pinckney & Mount Vernon Streets.
